116 THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS PORTLAND CHAPTER Firm Profiles Woodblock Architecture 503-889-0604 • www.wblock.com 107 SE Washington St, Ste 250, Portland 97214 Woodblock Architecture is on a quest to deliver the best design work possible. Building on the accomplishments of previ- ous projects, we are fueled by personal passion, a hunger for challenge, and the search for the heart of what makes great architecture — and food. Woodblock Architecture is a full-service architecture and planning firm founded in early 2016 by four principals who worked together for many years and developed a shared vision for what we believe an architecture firm should be. While each of us has a unique personality from the others, all are personable and humble, and share a stellar sense of humor and a love of craft beer. As a group, we will always be more than just the owners of the company. We will also be the approachable and engaged talent that performs the work. We pride ourselves on our ability to build lasting relationships and talent for collaborating with one another, our professional partners and clients. Rather than focus on one niche market, we have built upon our collective professional experience to develop a reputation for excel- lent client service on a broad range of project types and scales. We currently maintain architectural licenses in Oregon, Washington, California, Utah, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii, are NCARB-certified and hold certifications for LEED and passive house design.
